The pilot is intended to be a collaborative planning initiative. Participating cities will designate municipal representatives to coordinate with Project CIVIC/MCN and relevant local, state, and federal stakeholders throughout planning, deployment, evaluation, and reporting activities.
The demonstration will evaluate how integrated municipal systems can improve situational awareness, operational coordination, and continuity of essential services during both routine operations and high-impact events.
